All Winners Have Coaches
Like anything else in life of course you need a coach to help you build your network marketing business. That is if you want true success. I am talking the walk away income residual income we all dream about.
It makes no difference if you are at the top of your game or just getting started, having a coach will help you do incredible things.
The wild thing is that all of the top sports stars of our time, all have coaches that they work with both during the season and during the off season.
If you are not convinced you need a coach then ask yourself why you are reading this? Obviously you are searching to improve your skills! 
Next lets talk about how you go about locating the right type of coach to help you create the success you desire.
Choosing the right coach comes down to you deciding what areas you need to improve on, what areas you want to work on.
However I am going to stop for a minute and say something here. I will get straight to the point.
Way to many people in our business think that their upline is their coach. That they must listen to what their upline has to say. That since their upline is their upline, he or she must know what they are talking about and will be able to coach you to the top.
I know that is a very controversial thing to say in this industry. We are suppose to give our up line this unquestioned respect.
And if most people are taught that they should listen to their upline, and if most people fail to make a red cent in this business. What does that tell you? Maybe just maybe their upline is leading the astray?
The fastest way to success in any business is to model your activities after someone who has gone where you want to go.
Ok lets look at how to find a coach in this business. Really it comes down to deciding what you need to work on. Is it off line, old school strategies? If so go learn from a pro in that area.
Now if you have decided you are going to turn to the internet, then you will need to find leaders who can show you how to create, and build these types of systems. Or use systems like what Max Steingart does. But make sure they have had the success you are seeking.
Personally I think you should find someone who can teach you to recruit using both methods. They both work great and you need to be able to work with your team in what ever areas they want to recruit with.
